Last yearĺ─˘s conference was a sellout, so we have changed our venue to the Westin Mount Laurel where we can accommodate over 200 attendees and up to 36 exhibitors.

General Information

Who should attend? Executives and managers from:

  • Food manufacturing and marketing businesses that operate in New Jersey and the surrounding region. This may include businesses engaged in the preparation of foods such as meat and poultry, seafood, or dairy products; cereals and grain products; fruits, vegetables or herbs; value-added agricultural products; specialty foods; and other prepared foods and beverages.
  • Suppliers to the food industry.  This may include ingredient suppliers, food packaging firms, chemical and sanitation companies, food industry equipment providers, marketing and financial services firms, utility providers, consultants, quality assurance laboratories, distribution and shipping firms, brokers, government agencies, and other suppliers, service providers, and vendors to the food industry.
